Sorry app...

I have tried to reach the company on several occasions by email and have not ever received a single response. I tried to purchase more credits when I first downloaded the app, but never received the additional credits. I was charged though!

I recorded a call today and successfully saved it and was charged the credits. However, when I went to listen to the conversation the call was no longer with the saved calls. I was charged for the credits though! Ugh! What a disappointment.

I am very disappointed with this app and the people who created it for not communicating back to me.
