Do not download this app!!!

I have paid for this app to record a 40minute phone call. The phone call was recorded and I also paid THREE times to download my recording, yet it keeps showing up as not purchased.

This is a complete rip off and I cannot fathom how apple would even allow these developers to operate on the App Store.
